Cottage 871 is about as near as you can get to the centre and the Aquamundo. A path from the cottage will get you to the rear entrance of the centre with a bicycle and buggy park. It's literally just a couple of minutes walk to the main attractions. If cycling isn't for you this row of cottategs might be ideal.
