New style executive lodge 267 is just under two minutes from the main plaza and literally one minute walk from the land train stop.
If mobility is a priority for you this lodge area is great. The pines area is flat and near to the main event. That’s great assuming the main plaza and pool is the main event for you. If you’re just as focussed on the Sports Plaza or lake you’ll either have a moderate walk or it’s time to catch the land train.
The land train is a really good option for getting around but there some obvious constraints - anything popular is high in demand so finding a seat in peak time might be challenging. Also it doesn’t run on Mondays as Fridays.
The lodge itself is modern and clean. Spacious rooms with simple but stylish decor.
Although this lodge is near the plaza it doesn’t feel busy and the wildlife seems to agree - over a weekend we were visitored by a deer, squirrels rabbits, birds and cats.
